We do the yoga on the cottage’s veranda in the morning and late afternoon on top of the roof-top overlooking the ocean with the most spectacular sunsets.

The Yoga Retreat Holiday consist of morning and afternoon yoga classes. The duration of a Yoga session is 1hour  15min followed by breathing techniques and meditation. It also includes a Yoga manual which consist of yoga topics which we will discuss to deepen your understanding of yoga.

You can spent the rest of the day either relaxing, getting massaged, strolling barefoot on the beach, swimming, diving, snorkeling or take a Dhow sailing cruise.

Yoga Retreat Schedule

The yoga classes is a vibrant blend of styles and includes relaxation, pranayama (breathing techniques), sun salutations and a dynamic flowing sequence of asanas (postures) bringing awareness into mindfulness and energy flow.

The class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced and I adapt accordingly.

Partner Yoga

Partner yoga is not only fun, but ‘n wonderful way to work on one’s alignment, balance and awareness.

Working on a few partner poses during a session brings a new awareness to a posture realising the aim and the key of a posture.

Partner yoga is a beautiful way to share yoga with friends and loved ones and connecting through the synchronicity of breathing with your partner and harmony of movement . This helps us to come deeper into a pose with the support of a partner and to explore a posture further.

This is great for couples attending a yoga holiday. Get in touch with each other through a fun-filled way being in harmony with another. It is the ultimate cooperating with your partner and in doing so the other becomes a mirror reflecting you back towards your self.
